Make@Uncharted Furniture Range

Make Uncharted is a developing range of off the peg furniture allying simple functional designs with striking and unexpected materials.

The brief we have given ourselves is to produce a range incorporating a table/bench, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage cubes using strong colours and textures with an emphasis on sustainable materials using the Fsc mark and wherever possible using reclaimed/recycled materials.

Prototypes produced so far are a table and bench using laminated endgrain plywood, a wardrobe in spruce plywood with red laminated edging and aluminium ring handles and storage cubes made from a recycled blockboard core door and rubber flooring.

Further designs are in development along with a price structure for a range of sizes and finishes.
