how to commission a project

after initial e-mail/telephone contact, a meeting is arranged to discuss the scope, materials and budget of the project. we will take measurements of the space in question and put together a proposal for the work with pricing options and 3d sketches - to help visualise the overall look and feel of the finished product.

if required, we can then refine the design elements, choice of materials etc to totally reflect the practical and aesthetic requirements of the project, we can also supply samples of materials and finishes.

once the project is ready to be commissioned, a 40% deposit is required to secure materials and book the time into our schedule. the payment schedule is then, an interim payment of 30% just prior to fitting, with the balance of 30% payable on completion of the project.

turnaround is generally 6-8 weeks from receipt of the initial deposit.

projects are constructed in our east london workshop, then delivered to site for fitting.
you are welcome to come and visit us at the workshop to discuss any element of the work or to view progress. we also send out progress photos as we go along.
